Yesterday we had a discussion at LnL on how to get bored in SL! Is it easy? Or not exactly? ;) This topic was prompted by the fact that we have heard a few people recently say that SL is not interesting and that they were considering dropping their accounts. So, it promised to be an interesting discussion! Old faces and new faces gathered to discuss the mysteries of being bored in SL. For some it is quite intriguing how people don't become tired of SL at some point, for others the endless possibilities of SL do not even allow any time to be bored! We talked about being a newbie in SL, about the infamous "drama" (!), about SL routine, different concepts of roleplaying and not having someone to share your SL experience with as some of the possible reasons for boredom in SL. At the end, everyone made a few suggestions on how to cope with being tired of SL: share it with friends and special ones, try new things, explore, be creative, and why not, help someone new in SL! :)
